I’m Zoya, a designer and illustrator based in Tāmaki Makaurau.

 

I am currently in my last year of studying towards the Bachelor of Design and Digital Media at Whitecliffe, and I also have a background in stage design and fine arts.

 

Guided by curiosity, ancestral roots, and lived experience, my work explores the wonders woven into everyday life. My creative practice spans illustration, branding, typography, and written word.

 

I have displayed work in exhibitions around Aotearoa, with pieces finding recognition like the Supreme Award in the 2024 GSM + BJ Ball Student Design Contest.
